Aaanyway, hardest part was the hair. I'm not satisfied with it, but I know if I work more on it, I'll only fuss and make it worse. Maybe once I'm better, I'll come back and fix it.
Second completed vector (third attempted overall). I'm just happy to get this done! It's been collecting dust for a while. Enjoy (or not XD)!
Edit: Forgot to mention, this is done in Photoshop CS2. This is 100% size. Thanks for all the comments <3
